Each piece is carefully handmade with love, making it one of a kind. For this reason, all sales are considered final, with a few exceptions outlined below.

We encourage you to:

  • 💬 Contact us with any questions before placing your order. We’re always happy to help clarify details or provide additional information.

📦 2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care in ensuring every item meets our quality standards, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

  • 🌟 Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • 📸 Include clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • ✅ Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement, including return shipping costs.

We want you to feel fully supported, even if damage occurs during transit.


🚚 3. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost due to courier error, we will:

  • 🔁 Replace the item or
  • 💰 Offer you a full refund.

Please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date to confirm the package status.

Note: YarnYummies is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier but claimed as missing by the recipient. In such cases, we recommend:

  • 🚪 Checking with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
  • 📬 Contacting your local post office for assistance.

🔁 4. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns (damaged or defective items), YarnYummies will cover the return shipping costs.

For any other returns or acceptable exchange, if applicable, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees.


💳 5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

  • ⏱️ It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
